Pianos vary greatly based on:
Age

Because of this:
Tuning stability cannot be guaranteed, especially on older or neglected instruments
Some pianos may require a pitch raise or multiple visits for better tuning stability

PZR Piano Solutions reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service if:
Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary
The piano or teaching space is inaccessible
The instrument condition was materially misrepresented
The requested work exceeds the scope of service
The environment is disruptive or unsuitable for safe work or teaching
If an appointment cannot proceed due to unsafe, unsuitable, or materially misrepresented conditions, charges may still apply for reserved time, travel, or administrative loss.
12. Payment Issues, Chargebacks & Returned Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed:
The customer remains responsible for the original balance due
Future appointments may be paused until the balance is resolved
Returned payment or processor-related fees may be added where permitted
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service
13. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Piano service deposits follow the piano service deposit policy above
Single lessons follow the lesson cancellation policy above
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once processed
Completed services are generally non-refundable
